Maintenance Planner – FIFO (Tennant Creek)

Aspect is a multidisciplined team (SMP E&I) with a strong track record of project delivery including design, construction, commissioning and operational support. Aspect provides services to a wide range of industries both nationally and internationally.

We are seeking a diligent and safety-focused Maintenance Planner to join our processing team in Tennant Creek.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain weekly, fortnightly, and shutdown maintenance schedule & create detailed work packs, including labour requirements, parts, tools, permits, and safety documentation.
• Plan preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for fixed plant and mobile equipment & coordinate with site supervisors and operations personnel to optimise maintenance windows.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are planned and ready for execution before scheduled dates.
• Review maintenance backlog and prioritise work based on risk and operational requirements & monitor equipment performance trends and assist in identifying reliability improvement opportunities.
• Track planned versus completed maintenance activities and report KPI performance.
• Coordinate shutdown planning activities and provide schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Liaise with procurement to ensure timely availability of parts, materials, and contractor services.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records within the CMMS system & assist in the development of maintenance strategies and asset management plans.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in maintenance planning within mining, heavy industry, or processing environments
• Previous experience with Mex (desirable)
• Strong understanding of maintenance strategies and asset management principles
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals
