We are seeking a diligent and safety-focused Gold Room Operatorto join our processing team in Tennant Creek.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor gold room and elution equipment, including smelting furnaces, electrowinning cells, and gravity circuits.
• Safely handle gold-bearing materials in line with strict security and compliance procedures.
• Perform gold pours, bar cleaning, weighing, and secure packaging.
• Maintain accurate production, reconciliation, and movement records.
• Conduct routine housekeeping and ensure all equipment is clean and operational.
• Follow all safety, environmental, metallurgical, and security requirements.
• Support processing and metallurgy teams with sampling, circuit checks, and general plant tasks where required.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in gold room operations, processing plants, or minerals processing (crushing, grinding, CIP/CIL).
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to follow strict procedures.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (processing systems, production reporting tools).
• Ability to pass stringent pre-employment medicals and security checks.
• A safety-first, team-oriented approach.
