Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential properties and new developments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up on enquiries and identify potential buyers
- Conduct property inspections, presentations, and client consultations
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
- Stay informed about property market trends and development opportunities
About you
- Motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team
- Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage, but no experience is required for candidates willing to learn
- A valid Queensland real estate registration or licence, or willingness to obtain the required qualification
