Ashurst Reach is seeking a native title, land access and projects lawyer for a 4–6 month, part‐time engagement in Perth. You will work within Reach, the flexible resourcing arm of Ashurst Perkins Coie, focusing on complex tenure and native title matters in a mining or infrastructure context.
The role expects at least 5 years of private practice or in‐house experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to engage with Traditional Owners and regulatory bodies.
