The Ashmore Tavern is seeking an experienced Bottle Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Cellarbrations store in Ashmore.

About the role
This is a full-time permanent role that reports directly to the Group Retail Manager, the successful applicant will possess strong management skills with previous experience in managing a retail store.
A commitment to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences is essential.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to
- Managing the day-to-day store operations to the highest of standards.
- Development and mentoring of employees, along with promoting a positive and professional team culture.
- Monitoring staff presentation and grooming standards.
- Supervising and training retail attendants of a lower grade.
- Monitoring and driving sales performance working towards store KPIs.
- Maintaining stock control and stock ordering.
- Preparing displays and presenting stock.
- Maintaining the store with a high standard of cleanliness.
- Rostering and wage cost management.
- Proven working experience in a similar role.
- Sound understanding of sales performance in the liquor industry with strong product knowledge.
- Ability to drive the team to success with a hands-on approach.
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Vibrant personality with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead by example.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
