9:00am - 5:00pm | 35 hours per week

Join a leading global electronics and appliances manufacturer in a customer-focused role within their customer escalation team.
You will coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to manage escalated customer complaints, investigate issues, coordinate resolutions with internal teams and retail partners, and deliver positive outcomes in line with warranty policies and Australian Consumer Law.
About You
- Experience in customer service, complaints handling or call centre environments.
- Strong conflict resolution, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with consumer law, Fair Trading, warranties or escalations is highly regarded (especially in the technology sector).
