Role Responsibilities
As Property Manager you'll oversee a residential portfolio, working closely with landlords and tenants to maintain strong relationships and ensure properties are managed effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing an established residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining relationships with property owners and tenants
- Conducting routine inspections and entry/exit reports
- Overseeing rental arrears and tenancy matters
- Managing rent reviews, increases and lease renewals
- Ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication
You’ll be supported by an experienced team, with leasing responsibilities handled separately, allowing you to focus on managing your portfolio and delivering great service.
Role Requirements
You’ll ideally be an experienced Property Manager who enjoys taking ownership of your portfolio and working within a supportive team.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in residential Property Management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confidence handling landlords, tenants and day-to-day property matters
- A proactive approach and excellent attention to detail
- A current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- A current driver's licence
