Specialising in aviation, land infrastructure, civil, commercial and education projects, the business is looking for a capable Project Manager with proven experience delivering multi-storey car park developments.
The Role
- Manage projects from planning and design through to procurement, construction and completion.
- Oversee project budgets, programmes, procurement and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
- Manage construction delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Identify and manage project risks, variations and construction challenges.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project reporting.
- Drive project outcomes across safety, quality, cost and programme.

About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, infrastructure or property.
- Essential: Demonstrated experience delivering multi-storey car park projects.
- Experience across complex construction, civil or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, procurement and contract administration.
- Confident managing project budgets, programmes and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to take ownership of projects from inception through to practical completion.
