Your responsibilities will reflect your capability, with scope to remain hands‑on while building confidence, ownership and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to architectural design, development, documentation and delivery.
- Take ownership of projects or key work packages appropriate to your experience.
- Coordinate consultants and work closely with clients and internal design teams.
- Resolve design and technical challenges while maintaining quality and buildability.
- Produce and review Revit documentation.
- Support team collaboration, sharing knowledge and mentoring where appropriate.
About You
- Relevant architectural qualifications, ideally with Australian registration.
- Experience within an architectural practice, with strengths in design, documentation or project delivery.
- Strong Revit capability and a sound understanding of construction and detailing.
- Confidence coordinating consultants and communicating within a project team.
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to contribute ideas.
- An interest in developing your career within a national design practice.
Experience in one or more of the studio's sectors will be valuable, although you don't need to have worked across them all. Your broader architectural capability, interests and approach to teamwork will help shape the conversation.
