Lead the transformation of our planning systems, bringing integrated Demand and Supply Planning capabilities to life.

  • Shape advanced planning capability across Demand and Supply.
  • Work at the centre of a complex transformation.

Your Impact

Lead the end-to-end delivery of our planning transformation program, bringing advanced Demand and Supply Planning capabilities to life through our new technology platform. You'll connect business, technology, functional planning teams and delivery partners to turn complex design decisions into processes, data, integrations and tools that work in practice. From shaping the integrated roadmap through to testing, deployment and hypercare, you'll keep the program moving while giving Sponsors and governance groups clear visibility of progress, priorities and decisions. Ultimately, your work will establish planning capabilities and ways of working that are ready to transition into sustainable BAU ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end programme delivery, facilitating disciplined governance, PMO controls, RAID management and reporting that keeps major stakeholders aligned on progress and decisions.
  • Direct the functional design of new planning technology across S&OP, Demand and Supply Planning, connecting solution blueprints, processes, data, integrations and reporting to business requirements.
  • Own the integrated program plan and financial controls across design, build, data, testing, change, deployment and hypercare, actively managing scope, milestones, resources, budget and dependencies.
  • Manage specialist delivery partners through clear scope, expectations, governance and performance measures, resolving issues and integrating external resources effectively with internal teams.
  • Coordinate testing, business readiness, cutover and deployment, ensuring processes, training, communications, support arrangements and acceptance criteria are in place for successful adoption and transition to BAU.

About You

  • Bring demonstrated experience in large, complex technology-enabled business transformation or advanced-planning programs.
  • Apply strong knowledge of S&OP, demand, supply, materials and distribution planning to understand the connections across an integrated planning environment.
  • Understand supply-chain planning platforms and how functional design, data, integrations and reporting come together, with Kinaxis Maestro expertise highly desirable.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments with clear executive communication, sound decision facilitation and an ability to build alignment around priorities and trade-offs.
  • Balance disciplined program governance and financial control with effective Sponsor partnership, vendor performance management, change control and dependency management.
