Aruma is seeking a Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our Western Sydney team.
You will maintain gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites, ensuring high standards of presentation and safety.
The role offers training, Monday–Friday 7 am–3 pm, with travel required and a supportive, values-driven workplace.
You'll work closely with the Team Leader, perform lawn care and weed control, and help supported employees build skills to reach employment goals.
