Seasonal Logistics & Delivery Driver – Christmas Season (Casual)

We're a seasonal Christmas business looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join us for our busiest time of year. It's a varied role covering stock management and deliveries, with plenty of hours through to Christmas.
Role
From early November: You'll collect stock from Maribyrnong each evening and deliver between 5-8 shopping centres the next day. You'll be trained alongside an existing staff member.
Hours
December: Up to 70 hours per week. This is our peak and shifts get long.
Extra roles that are part of the job description:
General warehousing: organising and managing stock
Lifting furniture and equipment (up to 50kg) to setup shop kiosks
Driving a light truck (standard car licence is fine)
What we offer
$35 per hour, casual
A company van for the delivery role
Plenty of hours through the Christmas season
What you'll need
A full, valid driver's licence (international licences must have an English translation)
Reliability and punctuality
The ability to work quickly and independently without supervision
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Initiative
Comfort with long shifts, especially in December
Able to work on the 24th of December
Bonus if you have:
Experience driving light trucks or vans
Experience with stock, warehousing or furniture removals
Handyman or tool experience
