Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to support our General Insurance function for 12 months. You will design, deliver, coach and assess claims technical training, aligning with GB's competency framework across digital and in-person formats.
You'll collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs and managers to ensure material relevance, coach new starters, and maintain robust learning records within GB's LMS. A hybrid work setup is offered.
