We are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic person to join our busy office.
About the position
We are seeking a highly skilled administration assistant to support the office manager in our busy office.
The role will entail answering phones, scheduling jobs for technicians, filing, data entry, invoicing, parts ordering, social media management and more.
Must be available Monday, Tuesday and Friday and to cover sick and annual leave where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Working within a team with a high attention to detail required.
- Have a good understanding of office management.
- Be comfortable working in a high paced environment and able to multitask.
- Be proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Have the ability to work unsupervised.
- Be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays and cover sick and annual leave where required.
Desirable Qualifications
- Cert II or higher in Business Administration
- Driver's Licence
- Experience in HVAC/R, trades or a service-based business would be an advantage, but is not essential
