Arrowtech Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manufacturing Fitter with working rights to join our team on a casual basis at our Penrith site. You will play a crucial role in maintaining production equipment and ensuring efficient manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing:
- Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on a range of manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify and resolve problems.
- Perform mechanical repairs, adjustments, and modifications as required.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain optimal equipment performance.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures.
What we're looking for:
- Relevant trade qualification as a Fitter, Turner or Machinist.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and diagrams.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques and practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
