Arrived Homes is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our growing team, overseeing residential builds predominantly south of the river, including the Perth and Mandurah regions. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a variety of new homes, ranging from two-storey townhouses to standalone single-storey builds. You’ll be supported by a collaborative and driven team, with your performance recognised and rewarded through annual bonuses based on efficiency and results.
About the Role
You will oversee a portfolio of new home builds predominantly across Perth and Peel’s southern corridor, ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with trades and internal teams, you will be responsible for keeping projects on track, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering homes on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and site progress
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain quality control and enforce site safety standards
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in residential site supervision
- WA White Card and a valid C-Class driver’s licence
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with trades and clients
- Confident using systems such as MS Office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
