The Role
This is a new opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist/Junior Legal Assistant support the team with administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining calendars and diary appointments
Assisting on all incoming calls
Drafting basic precedent letters
Conveying relevant information to solicitor and other key parties
Assisting with client requests
Payment of invoices
Skills/Experience
High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
