Immediate start.Established builder with a strong pipeline of projects We are looking for an experienced and proactive WHS Coordinator to join a well-established construction business with an exciting pipeline of projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on site, working closely with construction teams and making a genuine difference to workplace safety.
The Role:
- Drive a positive and practical safety culture on site.
- Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Review SWMS, safety plans and compliance documentation.
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Provide practical WHS advice, coaching and training.
- Assist with the implementation of WHS, quality and environmental management systems.
- Build strong relationships with site teams, contractors and management.
About You:
- Previous WHS experience in commercial or residential construction.
- min. Certificate IV in WHS or relevant safety qualification.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety legislation, SWMS and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with site teams.
- A practical, hands-on approach to safety, not just paperwork.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
