Role Description
As a Collections Officer, you'll spend most of your day talking with customers about outstanding accounts.
The role involves
- Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls.
- Responding to customer emails.
- Setting up payment arrangements and discussing account options.
- Updating account notes and customer records.
- Working with customers to resolve outstanding debts.
- Following company processes and compliance requirements.
- Working as part of a team to achieve results.
Previous customer service experience is essential.
Collections experience is a bonus, but full training is provided.
