Ark Care Partners is seeking a Community Aged Care and Disability Rostering Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, office-based role is located in Cranbourne West, Melbourne, with Monday to Friday work on a rotating roster between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm.
You will develop and maintain rosters for community aged care and disability support services, allocate resources based on client needs and staff availability, and communicate schedules to clients and stakeholders.
