Working closely with the Arise Developments team, you will manage residential projects from planning and procurement through construction and handover. You will manage project programmes, budgets and delivery milestones while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project programmes, budgets and delivery milestones
- Coordinate builders, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
- Assist with procurement, tender reviews and contract administration
- Monitor site progress, workmanship and compliance with project requirements
- Track costs, variations and payments, and provide clear progress reports
- Identify risks early and work with the team to resolve issues
- Coordinate defects, practical completion and handover
About you
- Experience managing residential construction projects
- A sound understanding of construction methods, sequencing and site operations
- Confidence reading plans, specifications and consultant documentation
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- A practical approach to problem-solving and accountability for outcomes
