Our amazing Cleaning Team have a Permanent Part Time position as Cleaning Team Leader within Dreamworld & WhiteWater World. The role of a Cleaning Team Leader is to support and lead our team of general and in-park cleaners in maintaining overall cleanliness, appearance and upkeep of internal and external park facilities, areas and offices.
Applicants must satisfy the following criteria
- Extensive experience in cleaning operations, and demonstrated leadership abilities
- High level communications skills
- Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgement.
- Ability to lead a large team of cleaners
- Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety regulations; departmental safe work procedures; theme park and departmental operations and practices; relevant a company policies.
- Knowledge of and ability to operate various types of commercial cleaning equipment.
- Sound computer skills.
- Weekend availability

Part time (PT20) employment guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week over a cyclic roster. It is a condition of PT20 employment that you must be available to work a minimum of 5 days within a 7 day work cycle, inclusive of weekends.
