As OSHC Coordinator, you'll lead a team of educators, oversee daily operations, create engaging programs, build strong community relationships, and drive quality outcomes in a welcoming, child-focused environment.
What You'll Bring:
- Leadership experience in OSHC, education or a similar setting
- Strong people leadership and relationship-building skills
- A passion for creating positive experiences for children
- Sound organisational and operational management skills
- A commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement
Requirements of the Role:
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
- Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor
- Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place
- Child Protection training is required for this role
