Arceye Engineering in Victoria is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our busy workshop floor, drive safety, and deliver high‐quality fabrication and machining projects on schedule.
You will supervise the team, optimise workflows, mentor tradespeople, and work closely with design and drafting to ensure accurate, efficient outcomes while building a resilient, skilled workforce and a culture of continuous improvement.
