Arcare is seeking a Clinical Funding Officer to manage AN-ACC funding activities across its Keysborough and Lysterfield residences. You will coordinate assessments, funding appraisals, and care planning, ensuring accurate documentation and strong clinical liaison with staff and residents.
Reporting to the National Funding Manager, you will drive opportunities for uplift, support external assessment visits, and contribute to ongoing quality improvements in funding processes and resident care
