EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT & SALES TRAINEE
Arcade Classics Australia Pty Ltd – Campbellfield VIC
You will work closely with an experienced business owner, gaining firsthand exposure to business operations, sales, international suppliers and exciting new commercial projects. This role offers opportunities to travel throughout Australia and internationally, with training taking place during business trips.
Key responsibilities
Assist the business owner with daily business activities
Attend meetings with customers, suppliers and manufacturers
Learn professional sales and negotiation techniques
Assist with customer enquiries, quotations and sales follow-ups
Coordinate appointments, schedules and travel arrangements
Participate in interstate and international business trips
Assist with new business opportunities and product development
Learn to use artificial intelligence and modern business technology
Develop skills in business administration and management
About you

Adaptable and comfortable travelling
Capable of working independently and taking initiative

No previous industry experience required; full training will be provided
$50,000–$65,000 salary plus superannuation
Direct training and mentoring from the business owner
