You will lead the branch in line with targets while maintaining a safe, efficient, high‑performing operation. Working closely with regional leadership and internal support teams, you are accountable for delivering daily operational outcomes while positioning the branch for sustainable growth across residential, commercial and industrial market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a small, high‑performing team with a strong safety and customer‑first culture.
- Drive new sales and customer growth across key market segments.
- Full P&L accountability, including cost control, margins, debtors and inventory management.
- Oversee daily production and distribution plans to meet operational targets.
- Champion safety by leading from the front and ensuring compliance with OHS, environmental and regulatory standards.
- Implement local business strategies aligned to regional plans and initiatives.

- A strong safety‑first mindset, with experience in businesses where safety systems, standards and accountability are embedded.
- Sales and customer management experience, or the ability to quickly develop capability in either sales or product knowledge.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to balance operational performance, people leadership and financial outcomes.
- Experience managing teams in complex, fast‑paced environments with competing priorities.
Note: While candidates with direct industrial branch management experience will be highly regarded, this role is best suited to someone whose background reflects strong operational leadership and safety exposure rather than a purely sales‑focused or non‑industrial environment.

- Access to long service leave after 5 years.
