Role Overview
The CNC CAM Programmer/Machinist is responsible for designing, developing, validating and optimising CNC machining processes to support the successful introduction of new products.
The role ensures that CAM programs, tooling strategies, process documentation and supporting manufacturing information are developed and maintained in accordance with ARB’s engineering and manufacturing standards.
The role enables the successful introduction of new products and services into production while providing ongoing support for existing ARB aftermarket products throughout their lifecycle.
Working closely with Design, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, you will help drive manufacturing excellence through innovation, process optimisation, and continuous improvement.
This position offers a diverse mix of responsibilities across CNC programming, process development, new product introduction (NPI), tooling design, and production support.
