Experienced 4WD Accessory Fitter/Mechanic/Auto Electrician in Maroochydore

Love the 4WD industry? Take pride in your work? Looking for a workplace where you're genuinely valued?

At ARB 4x4 Maroochydore, we're looking for an experienced, motivated and passionate 4WD Accessory Fitter, Mechanic or Auto Electrician to join our team. You don't need to be all three. If you've got the experience, the right attitude and a genuine passion for the 4WD industry, we'd love to hear from you.

A little about us: We're not just another 4WD accessory shop. ARB Maroochydore is a proud, family-owned and operated Sunshine Coast business with a strong reputation built on quality workmanship, customer service and genuine relationships. We've become a trusted destination for 4WD enthusiasts and the preferred accessory fitting specialist for many of the region's major vehicle dealerships. We're also proud of our involvement in the local community, supporting charities and community initiatives, and of the many young apprentices we've helped develop into skilled tradespeople over the years. We're a close-knit team that looks after one another, takes pride in what we do and genuinely enjoys seeing each other succeed.

What we're offering:

• $35–$45 per hour + exceptional staff discounts, well above award rates, depending on experience and capabilities.
• Additional performance bonuses recognising quality workmanship, initiative and contribution to the business.
• Exceptional staff discounts on 4WD parts and accessories, with products available at close to cost price.
• Ongoing training, professional development and opportunities to expand your skills.
• The opportunity to work with some of the most respected brands and products in the 4WD industry.
• A supportive, stable, family-owned business where your contribution is noticed and appreciated.
• Genuine opportunities to grow your career and responsibilities as our business continues to develop.

Who we're looking for: We're looking for someone who brings more than just technical ability. The qualities that matter most to us are:

• Pride in workmanship – you care about the finished product and getting things right.
• Attention to detail – you understand that the little things separate a good job from an exceptional one.
• Initiative – you can think for yourself, solve problems and take ownership of your work.
• Passion for the industry – you enjoy 4WDs, accessories, vehicle modifications and keeping up with new technology.
• A positive, team-focused attitude – you respect your workmates, contribute to a great workplace and are willing to help others improve.
• A willingness to grow – whether you're already highly experienced or looking to further develop your skills, we want someone who's keen to keep learning and assist others in learning and growing.

Experience in 4WD accessory fitting, mechanical work or automotive electrical installations is highly regarded.

Your opportunity: We're not simply looking to fill a position. We're looking for the right person to become a valued part of our business for years to come. Someone who wants to take ownership of their work, develop their skills, be recognised for their efforts and build a rewarding career in an industry they're passionate about. We believe great people deserve to be well paid, treated with respect and given the opportunity to succeed. If that sounds like the kind of workplace you've been looking for, we'd love to have a conversation.

Interested? All applications and enquiries will be treated confidentially.
