We are seeking a highly experienced and operationally focused Senior Manager or General Manager to lead the day‐to‐day operations of our nursing agency based in Toowoomba, QLD 4350. This role is ideal for a hands‐on leader with a clinical background and 8–10 years of industry experience who thrives in fast‐paced environments and is passionate about delivering high‐quality healthcare services through strong operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct operational leadership across all aspects of the nursing agency, ensuring efficient service delivery and workforce management.
- Lead and manage daily clinical and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Manage and optimise staffing, workforce planning and talent acquisition to meet client needs.
