Aquaduck is Australia's original amphibious tour operator, having begun in 1996 on the Gold Coast. We are a Gold Coast icon with more than 2.8 million happy customers and we also operate on the Sunshine Coast from Mooloolaba.
This position is made up of 3 key roles: Deckhand, Tour Guide and Sales. The main aim of this role is to provide exceptional customer service ensuring our customers enjoy their experience and remain safe on board.
We are looking for a tour guide who loves to share their passion about the Sunshine Coast region and provides exceptional customer service. The position is casual, 2-3 days per week in school holidays and MUST be available during school holidays & weekends. This role is perfect for Uni students.
The tasks for this position include:
- Selling tickets, maintaining bookings and boarding passengers onto the Aquaduck
- Provide Tour Commentary (we have a script)
- Sell merchandise
- Know and understand our Safety Management System (full training provided)
- Share your love of the region with our customers
Things to note: Super is in addition to the hourly rate. Position is for immediate start.
