Job Description
SRG Hospitality – Aqua Dining is seeking a dedicated and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team.
Located in the beautiful Milsons Point, overlooking North Sydney Olympic Pool and the Sydney Harbour Bridge, our fine dining restaurant is easily accessible via public transport.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Hands on management role, customer service focused
- Recruitment and staff training
- Ensuring high levels of team performance
Qualifications
- Relevant Diploma qualification and/or 1-3 years of relevant employment experience
- Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- High standard of personal presentation and hygiene
- Must work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and passion for cooking
- Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Job Type: Permanent Full-time
Salary Package: $80,000 to $90,000 plus Super depending on qualifications and experience.
