Civil Construction Engineer / Superintendent (Subdivisions & Land Development) - Brisbane only
Civil Construction Engineer / Superintendent (Subdivisions, Urban, Local infrastructure & Land Development) - Sunshine Coast and/or Brisbane
Relocation within Australia welcomed – Australian working rights required
Overview:
Competitive Salary + Super + Discretionary Bonus
Act as Superintendent / Superintendent's Representative
Bridge the gap between design and on-site delivery
Manage contract administration, progress claims, variations, and EOTs
Oversee site QA, witness/hold points, and council authority sign-offs
Feed constructability, staging, and practical advice back to the design team
Manage projects through practical completion, on-maintenance, and off-maintenance
Looking for:
Civil Engineers with a solid track record in civil site delivery, superintendency, or contract administration across urban development:
Project Experience:
Residential subdivisions, master-planned communities, bulk earthworks, roads, stormwater, sewer, and water reticulation.
Contract & Standards Knowledge:
Practical familiarity with AS4000 / AS2124, IPWEAQ, council standards, and local authority handover processes.
Qualifications:
A recognised Bachelor of Civil Engineering
Registrations:
RPEQ (or CPEng) is preferred and highly regarded, but not essential (support and mentoring provided to help you achieve it).
Attributes:
Strong commercial eye, clear communication with contractors and councils, and a hands-on approach to site quality and safety.
