ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to assist the Scaffold Commercial Team with invoicing, data manipulation and any administrative support for the wider Scaffold Team. This role will be a key 2IC support role to the Scaffold Commercial Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with social procurement reporting as required for all Scaffold projects
- Assist with invoicing as required with 90 Degrees Scaffolding & APS
- Assistance with Tenders
- Verify timesheets to ensure they allocated correctly for specific projects
- Assist Finance team with processing data for invoicing purposes
- Assist the Scaffold Commercial Manager as required
- Assist the QLD & NSW team where required
- Adhoc tasks as required
ABOUT YOU
- Heavy admin or accounts experience
- 4-6 years of admin/accounts experience
- Flexibility
- Ability to understand and improve processes
