What You’ll Be Doing
This role offers a combination of marketing and general administrative responsibilities, including:
- Assisting with social media content creation, scheduling and updates.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Helping prepare marketing materials, newsletters and digital content.
- Assisting with website updates and online communications.
- Supporting events and other marketing initiatives.
- Completing general office administration, data entry and document preparation.
- Responding to emails, answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries.
- Maintaining records, spreadsheets and filing systems.
- Assisting with scheduling, coordinating activities and other day-to-day office tasks.
- Working with team members to support marketing and business operations.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in marketing, social media and business administration.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Creativity and an interest in digital content and social media.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to complete formal training.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Provisional 1 (P1) Driver's Licence or higher.
