What You'll Be Doing
- Running small site crews and helping drive day-to-day delivery
- Working hands‐on across all trades of landscaping, including
- Feature planting & garden builds
- Turfing, soil prep & irrigation
- Retaining walls & edging
- Paving, decking & outdoor structures
- Reading plans & keeping projects on track
- Working with clients, builders & the project team
- Mentoring apprentices and sharing what you know

What We're Looking For
- Qualified landscaper (Cert III preferred)
- Confident on tools and across hard + soft landscape elements
- White Card (+ machinery tickets a bonus)
- Reliable, switched‐on & hungry to grow
- Good communicator, team player & problem‐solver
- Great attitude – we rate personality & culture fit as much as skill
