Applejack Hospitality is seeking a Casual Sommelier to join our CBD team, working across Bopp & Tone and Gonzo Sydney. You will support wine service, assist guests with pairings, and work with Sommeliers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Ideal candidates have premium hospitality experience, are studying or have completed WSET Level 2, and hold NSW RSA. Availability across evenings, weekends, and public holidays is expected.
