Bopp & Tone is looking for talented Chefs to join our established kitchen brigade. Part of Applejack Hospitality, Bopp & Tone is a sophisticated restaurant celebrating generosity, bringing people together through exceptional food, warm hospitality and a lively atmosphere. Our menu celebrates bold flavours, premium produce and traditional cooking techniques, with a focus on open-fire cooking using our custom-built wood grill and Josper charcoal ovens.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen as a Chef
- A genuine passion for food, flavour and quality ingredients
- A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
- A willingness to learn, develop and contribute new ideas
- Experience with grill or charcoal cooking is highly regarded, but not essential
