Applejack Hospitality Group is seeking a Casual Sommelier to join our CBD team, supporting wine service across Bopp & Tone and Gonzo Sydney. You'll work with our Group Sommelier to enhance guest experiences and deepen wine knowledge in premium dining environments.
You will assist with wine pairings, stock control, and displaying wines while collaborating with sommeliers and restaurant leaders. Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays is required.
