Applejack Hospitality is seeking experienced bartenders to join the teams at some of Sydney's most acclaimed venues, including The Botanist (Kirribilli), The Butler (Potts Point), and Bopp & Tone (Sydney CBD). These are not your average bar roles. Our venues are known for sophisticated food and beverage offerings, curated cocktail programs, premium wines, and genuine hospitality. About the Role
As a bartender, you'll play an integral role in delivering exceptional beverage and guest experiences while maintaining the high standards our venues are known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wine, beer and spirits to a consistently high standard
- Deliver knowledgeable, engaging and personalised guest experiences
- Develop a strong understanding of our food and beverage offerings
- Maintain exceptional presentation and organisation of the bar
- Work efficiently and confidently during busy service periods
- Uphold venue standards for service, cleanliness and professionalism
