• What You’ll Be Doing – Your Impact Starts Here
• You'll be working on full-stack development projects across a range of technologies including React, Node. js, and modern CMS platforms for our diverse range of clients.
• Your day to day will be a mixture of hands-on coding, writing technical specifications and providing estimations for new features and projects.
• You'll have the opportunity to take technical ownership of projects, driving them from initial concept and architecture through to final deployment and maintenance.
• You'll be working alongside our design, strategy and production teams, contributing your technical expertise, under the mentorship of a technical lead.

Who we are looking for

• You've been working as a

Full-Stack Developer at an agency or software development house and have 5+ years experience.

• You're able to write estimates and technical specifications with a high level of detail.
• You'll be at an expert level with
• React JS and have experience using the

Next JS framework.

• Expert level

Type Script, HTML, and CSS .

• You understand

Artificial Intelligence tools but don't use it as a crutch.

• A solid understanding of
• DB design principles, proven
• SQL skills in either
• My SQL ,
• MSSQL or

Postgre SQL .

• You can build API's to spec in either
• . NET or

Node JS .

• You can build and integrate web applications with a variety of

CMS's .

• You have strong software security fundamentals , and espouse industry best practices.
• And have great communications skills and feel comfortable talking through your work both internally and with clients.

Things that would be a bonus

• You have experience in integrating with CRM systems such as
• Salesforce ,
• Hub Spot or

Microsoft Dynamics .

• You're familiar with the following development tools

• Next JS ,
• Nest JS, Tailwind CSS, Type Script and have used the
• Atlassian Stack
• (Jira, Confluence) and

Figma.
