22nd October, 2026

Cho Cho San has held a Good Food Guide hat for 11 consecutive years.

That kind of consistency doesn't come from the fit-out, it comes from the people behind the bar and on the floor.

We're looking for a bartender to join a team that takes genuine pride in what they do.

Switched on, warm with guests, and serious about the craft.

We're part of The Apollo Restaurant Group, an independent hospitality group behind some of Sydney and Brisbane's most loved restaurants, including The Apollo, Greca, Yoko Dining and Olympus.

With two exciting new venues joining the group, Baptiste, a Parisian-inspired neighbourhood bistro, and Tenjo, a Japanese rooftop restaurant, it's an exciting time to be part of the team.

Each venue has its own identity.

What we share is a commitment to great food, genuine hospitality and doing things properly.

What we're looking for

You know your product, spirits, sake, cocktails, and you build genuine presence without performing.

You hold pace and personality at the same time, and you stay calm when the room gets busy.

We're looking for someone available to work approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility across our busy service periods.

  • What you'll get
  • 50% dining discount at all restaurants in the group
  • Daily staff meals on shift
  • Pooled tips, paid weekly
  • Ongoing training in Japanese-inspired food and beverage
  • Career pathways across our growing restaurant group
  • To be considered you’ll need
  • Experience as a bartender in a quality restaurant or bar
  • Current RSA certification
  • A genuine interest in hospitality, the drink, the food, and the guest in front of you
