Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and differentiated Mathematics lessons across Years 7–12, aligned with the NSW curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student achievement.
• Plan, assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop high-quality teaching and learning programs.
• Actively contribute to the school's Christian ethos, values and wider community.
• Participate in extracurricular activities, school events and professional development opportunities.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will ideally demonstrate:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education, specialising in Mathematics.
• Current NESA accreditation or eligibility to obtain accreditation in NSW.
• Experience teaching Secondary Mathematics, with the ability to teach senior Mathematics highly regarded.
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student engagement and academic progress.
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to Christian education and a willingness to actively support the school's Christian values and mission.
• A collaborative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
