Personal Care Workers contribute to resident comfort and quality of life by providing safe, high-quality care in accordance with each resident's care plan.

What you will do
- Ensure personal care is provided in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences such as personal hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking etc.
- Provide clinical care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care, measuring vital signs etc.
- Offer social and recreational support such as assisting residents' family and visitors, and assisting residents attending activities.
- Perform domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals.
- Conduct assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts.
Who are you and what will you bring?
- Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in same)
- Flexible availabilities, we are looking for Casual and Holiday Relief candidates
- Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
- Experience in working in an Aged Care setting
- Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
