Bundaleer Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join us as our Clinical Care Manager for a 6 month contract with potential ongoing employment.
This is more than a management role—it's an opportunity to shape clinical excellence, mentor an exceptional team and help older Australians remain safely and independently in their own homes.
About The Role
As our Clinical Care Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership across a diverse Home Care program, ensuring safe, person-centred and evidence-based care for clients receiving Support at Home, DVA Community Nursing, NDIS and icare services.

About you
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 3 years' post-graduate nursing experience

- Leadership, coaching and mentoring experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional care
