Veterinary Nurses- Hope Island Central Vet in Gold Coast

Hope Island Central Vet is a brand-new purpose-built companion animal clinic being established in one of the Gold Coast's fastest growing communities. With construction underway and plans coming to life, we are now building the nursing team that will help shape the culture, client experience and standards of care within the clinic.

This is more than joining a new clinic. It's an opportunity to help create a welcoming, community focused practice built around great medicine, strong relationships and a workplace culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Hope Island Central Vet has been purpose built from the ground up, combining contemporary design, advanced equipment and thoughtfully designed workflows to support exceptional veterinary care. We'll open with a close-knit team of veterinarians, nurses and client care professionals who are passionate about patient care and committed to building something special from day one.

We're building a team with a mix of experience and welcome applications from both junior and experienced veterinary nurses. Whether you're looking for your first opportunity in practice or you're an experienced nurse seeking a fresh challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for people who:

• Are passionate about patient care and animal wellbeing
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
• Are eager to learn and grow professionally
• Are excited by the opportunity to help build a clinic from the ground up

We're also seeking an experienced nurse interested in a nursing leadership role supporting both Hope Island Central Vet and Sanctuary Cove Vet. This is a unique opportunity to help establish nursing standards, mentor team members and contribute to building the culture and clinical excellence of two brand new clinics from day one.

One of the most exciting features of Hope Island Central Vet will be its advanced imaging capability, including CT. This technology will support a high standard of patient care while creating exciting opportunities for learning, development and collaboration across the local clinic network.

A rare opportunity to join a clinic before the doors open:

• A modern purpose-built facility equipped with advanced technology
• The opportunity to help shape culture and standards from day one
• Structured induction and onboarding prior to opening
• Employee Assistance Program and Mental Health First Aid support
• Staff discounts for your own pets
• Access to retail, travel, health and lifestyle discounts
• Career opportunities within the broader Apiam Animal Health network

Opportunities to join a clinic before the doors open don't come around very often. Whether you're a junior nurse looking to launch your career, an experienced nurse seeking a new challenge, or a leader excited by the chance to help shape two brand new clinics, we'd love to hear from you.
