APG Workforce is seeking an experienced Orchard 2IC to oversee a large-scale citrus operation focused on lemons, based at Mangrove Mountain, NSW.
You will manage day-to-day orchard activities, irrigation, pest control, pruning, harvesting and a small team to ensure tree health and fruit quality.
