Apache Coatings is seeking an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day performance of our powder coating operation, with hands-on leadership on the factory floor and a focus on continuous improvement. You will lead the production team, manage the schedule, improve workflow and ensure targets are met across prep, blasting, powder coating, packing and dispatch.
