  • Strengthen and maintain internal controls, governance frameworks, and process documentation.
  • Coordinate control walkthroughs and testing activities with stakeholders across the business.
  • Support internal and external audits and help drive positive audit outcomes.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements and consolidated financial reports in accordance with IFRS.
  • Research and interpret accounting standards, assessing business impacts and providing practical recommendations.
  • Deliver regulatory reporting and financial analysis for regulated entities.
  • Contribute to finance transformation projects, risk reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Build trusted relationships across Finance, Risk, Operations, Technology, and wider business teams.

What Makes This Role Different

This role offers a unique blend of financial reporting, governance, audit, technical accounting, and business partnering within a global professional services organisation.

You'll gain exposure to:

  • Regional and global stakeholders.
  • Complex financial and regulatory environments.
  • Finance transformation and business improvement projects.
  • Opportunities to broaden your technical expertise and commercial understanding.
  • A collaborative culture where your ideas and contributions are valued.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in dedicated professionals who bring some or all of the following:

  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • Experience in financial reporting, audit, technical accounting, compliance, controllership, or risk.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Experience working with internal controls, SOX, governance, or risk frameworks.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering quality outcomes.
  • Confidence establishing relationships and influencing partners at all levels.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement approach.
