We’re partnering with a beautiful community-based early learning centre that is seeking a passionate and confident Room Leader to lead one of their rooms. About the Role
As the Room Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading your team, creating engaging learning experiences, and fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You’ll play a key role in mentoring educators while ensuring a high standard of care and education within your room.
About You
- Diploma or ECT qualification recognised by ACECQA
- Previous experience leading a room within an early childhood setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for providing high-quality education and care
- Current Working With Children Check
- Enjoys being part of a team and working together
